Hello, my name is Ryan Carpenter and I have over 7 years of experience in audio production. I have a strong passion for sport productions and post production audio editing. My audio work has been on FS1, FS2,ESPN, ESPN SEC Network, CBS, and local streaming websites. I have experienced different audio boards such as Avid Venue, Calrec Artemis, Allen and Heath Dlive, Lawo boards and a Behringer x32. As well as extensive knowledge of Pro Tools. My passion for production grows with each opportunity I take. I am never okay with being good enough at a job, I pride myself in always growing and learning new skills to make my work better than the day before. 

At an early age I fell in love with sports, I played soccer and tennis growing up only increasing my love for the passion of sports. I found out fast I did not have what it takes to be a professional athlete, but learning that I could turn my passion into a job was enough to keep me motivated in increasing my skills in production. I have graduated with a communication degree with a concentration in broadcasting from Western Carolina. 

My end goal for my career is to be a full time sound desginer. The ablilty to work in such a creative field makes me pastionate about working hard to acheive my own personal goal. Each job I take is hopefully working to the end goal of focusing fully on sound design.
